Rear wheel to wheel handbrake cable for all Mini models from 1976 onwards

Details

This wheel to wheel rear handbrake cable was used on the Mini from 1976 until the end of prodution in 2001. A short front cable (GVC2135) connected this to the lever in the car via a compensator bracket (FAM621).

If you are fitting new handbrake cables to your Mini you may also need the parts to attach them with,

  • FAM628 - Handbrake cable fork end
  • 31G5049 - Handbrake adjusting nut
  • CLZ512 - Handbrake fork end to lever clevis pin
  • ACA5522 - Handbrake cable guide
  • 21A385 - Handbrake cable guide seal
